The Kusanagi is a Digital Megacar that aims to define the meaning of Performance cars in the Digital Space. It is produced by Hayate Corporation. (link)
How do I buy the Kusanagi? +
You can buy the Kusanagi with Visa or Ethereum.
What can I do with my Kusanagi after I buy it? +
You can use the Kusanagi for various activities that includes races inside Auroriaverse’s open world environment. Check out Auroriaverse (link) to find out how to enter the world.
What do I receive when I buy the Kusanagi? +
You will receive a digital token that will appear in your account. This item is unique and can never be replicated.
This token allows you to redeem the Kusanagi to be used in Auroriaverse(link).
This Token will prove that you are the true owner of the Kusanagi as well.
You will receive a digital art related to the Kusanagi that you purchased, it will appear in your account.
What does it mean to own the Kusanagi? +
Owning the Kusanagi allows you to drive in Auroriaverse(link). You can use it for various purposes such as night drives, fetch dates and basic transportation.
You have complete control over the Kusanagi that you own, you can use, transfer or sell it as you see fit.
How many Kusanagi are there? +
There will only be [500 units of AcidLush] , [500 units of Crimsonite] , [500 units of Tiffany] & [100 units of Eclat Diamante] in the world and forever.
Purchases
Where do I find my items? +
You can find your item in your Inventory after you logged into the member’s portal (https://member.auroriaverse.com)
Which currency can I use? +
We accept USD for credit card or debit card payments, USDT and ETH for crypto currency payments (depending on the items).
Can I use a currency other than USD? +
In most cases you might be able to do so. Our card payment processor, Stripe, can accept a wide variety of currencies and will do the necessary conversion.
Refund policy
Which items are eligible for refund? +
Any items that were purchased directly from our online shop are eligible for refund if it was purchased within 30 days.
What is the time limit to request a refund? +
We accept refund requests up to 30 days after the date of purchase.
How do I ask for a refund? +
Follow these steps to request for a refund:
- Login to your Auroriaverse account (https://member.auroriaverse.com) within 30 days after the date of your purchase.
- Navigate to My Account > Purchases.
- Find the item(s) that you wish to get a refund, take note of the Purchase ID, the item(s).
- Send an email to us at [email protected] with your refund request. Remember to include the purchase ID, the item(s) and your account ID.
The team at Auroriaverse will review your request and reply within 3 business days.
Where can I find my order number? +
You can find your purchase ID be following these steps:
- Login to your Auroriaverse account (https://member.auroriaverse.com).
- Navigate to My Account > Purchases.
- Here you can see your past purchases, each will have its own unique purchase ID.
How will I receive my refund? +
The refund will be reversed back to the original payment method used to place the order. We cannot change the payment account that was used to redirect the funds to somewhere else. Please note that the refund process may take several days or weeks to appear back on your account balance.
Should the refund not be credited to your payment account within 30 days, contact your payment provider for assistance.
If the card or account where the payment was made is no longer active, please contact your bank for the next steps to take after a refund.
I no longer like my house, how do I get a refund? +
As long as you requested for refund within 30 days after purchase, you can get a refund.
